These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jeetbaaj platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and jeetbaaj. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Ignorance of any clause does not exempt a user from its application.
All users must be aged 18 or above. jeetbaaj reserves the right to request valid identification documents at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
jeetbaaj uses certified random number generation and independent auditing to ensure fair outcomes across all casino games. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the platform — including via software bots or collusion — will result in permanent account closure.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. jeetbaaj does not impose unreasonable withdrawal delays. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience holds until documentation is submitted and approved.
All bonuses on jeetbaaj are subject to wagering requirements which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met. Misuse of bonuses may result in forfeiture and account review.
jeetbaaj is committed to responsible gaming. Players may request deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, or full self-exclusion at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. We take problem gambling seriously and act on all such requests promptly.
Section 1
Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

| "Bonus" | Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive issued by jeetbaaj to a User's Account. |
| "Real Money Balance" | Funds deposited by the User and held in their Account, excluding any Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process required before withdrawals are approved or high-value transactions processed. |
| "BDT / ৳" | Bangladeshi Taka — the currency used for all transactions on the Platform. |
| "Prohibited User" | Any individual under the age of 18, any individual legally restricted from online gaming activity, or any individual whose Account has been permanently closed by jeetbaaj. |
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the jeetbaaj Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
- You are 18 years of age or older. jeetbaaj operates an 18+ only policy without exception. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gaming activity on the Platform.
- You are registering and using the Platform on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not as a representative of any corporate entity or syndicate for the purposes of professional wagering.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of jeetbaaj, or of any game provider or software supplier whose games are available on the Platform.
- You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Section 1 of these Terms & Conditions.
- You have not previously had an Account permanently closed by jeetbaaj for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity.
- You are acting voluntarily, with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
jeetbaaj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any User at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or an internationally recognised authority.
Section 3
Account Registration
To participate in any real-money gaming activity on the jeetbaaj Platform, you must first register a personal Account. The following rules apply to all Account registrations:
- One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on jeetbaaj. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts — including under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances held therein may be forfeited.
- Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jeetbaaj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- No Account Sharing. Your Account is strictly personal. You may not share your login credentials with, or permit access to your Account by, any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
- Account Currency. All Accounts on jeetbaaj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering activity are expressed and processed in BDT.
jeetbaaj reserves the right to refuse any Account registration at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that registration is being attempted by a Prohibited User or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
jeetbaaj supports a range of payment methods optimised for Bangladesh players. All financial transactions are processed in BDT and are subject to the following terms:
4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit on jeetbaaj is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank card and internet banking methods.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account within 10 seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile wallet side.
- jeetbaaj does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.
- All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
- jeetbaaj reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes. Players may also request voluntary deposit limits through the Account settings or by contacting our support team.
4.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and VIP tier.
- Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the same Account, or to methods verified as belonging to the Account holder during KYC.
- jeetbaaj aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad) within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period if your Account has not completed KYC verification, if unusual activity has been flagged, or if bonus wagering requirements have not yet been fully satisfied.
- jeetbaaj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or above ৳200,000 in aggregate within a rolling 30-day period.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
jeetbaaj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
- Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
- Eligible Games. Not all games on jeetbaaj contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) may contribute a reduced percentage or may be excluded entirely from certain offers. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
- Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be met. Bonuses that have not been fully wagered by their expiry date will be removed from your Account automatically, along with any associated winnings. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus Abuse. jeetbaaj actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and coordinated abuse by groups of players. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided and may be subject to permanent closure.
- One Welcome Bonus Per Household. The welcome bonus, where offered, is available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will be treated as duplicate Account activity.
- Withdrawal Order. When a player has both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, any withdrawal request will be processed against the Real Money Balance first. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirement has been met in full.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the jeetbaaj Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game and within the sportsbook interface:
6.1 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting
- All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
- jeetbaaj reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's Account.
- In-play bets on cricket, basketball, football, and other live events are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of network latency. Bets placed after the relevant in-play event (e.g., a wicket or goal) has occurred but before the Platform has updated will be voided.
- Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, jeetbaaj will settle bets in accordance with the official rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCCI, FIFA, NBA, etc.). Specific settlement rules for each sport are available within the sportsbook.
6.2 Casino & Live Casino
- All casino games on jeetbaaj use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Playtech Live.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, jeetbaaj will settle the relevant game round based on the outcome recorded in the game server logs. Player-side connectivity issues do not invalidate game outcomes.
- Maximum bet limits apply to all casino games. These limits are displayed within each game interface. jeetbaaj reserves the right to amend maximum bet limits at any time and without prior notice.
- Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. Where a technical fault affects the outcome of a game, jeetbaaj will investigate and, where appropriate, restore the relevant game round or refund the stake.
6.3 Account Balance & Transaction Finality
- Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.
- jeetbaaj maintains a full transaction ledger for every Account. In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, the Platform's server records shall be the definitive reference.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered User of jeetbaaj, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Fraudulent Activity. Any attempt to defraud jeetbaaj or other players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or deliberate exploitation of Platform errors, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Use of Automated Software. The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to access, navigate, or place bets on the Platform is strictly forbidden. Accounts found to be using automated tools will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
- Collusion. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or against the house is prohibited. This includes chip-dumping in poker-style games and coordinated match betting.
- Money Laundering. jeetbaaj has a strict anti-money-laundering policy. The Platform must not be used as a vehicle for the placement, layering, or integration of illegally obtained funds. We are required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
- Misrepresentation. You must not impersonate any other person, create an Account under a false name, or misrepresent your age, identity, or location when using the Platform.
- Harassment. Any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at jeetbaaj staff or other players — including via live chat — will result in immediate Account suspension.
jeetbaaj reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of violating these obligations. During an active investigation, the relevant Account may be suspended and balances held pending the outcome. We will endeavour to complete investigations within 14 calendar days and will communicate findings to the Account holder where appropriate.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
jeetbaaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe when requested.
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks and third-party payment use.
- Confirmed underage use of the Platform.
- Self-exclusion requested by the Account holder under our Responsible Gaming policy.
- Account inactivity — Accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 after the initial 12-month period, deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.
Voluntary Closure. If you wish to close your Account voluntarily, please contact our support team via live chat or by emailing support@jeetbaaj. Accounts with a positive Real Money Balance at the time of closure request will have the balance returned to the primary verified payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. jeetbaaj will make every reasonable effort to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the Platform, including blocking direct access and opting the Account out of all marketing communications.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. jeetbaaj reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-Platform notification or email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
